Opening Day just one week away

It's really weird to think of Opening Day on a Thursday. Traditionally I've taken the day off work and turned it into a holiday/extension of the weekend. Now, I'll probably just listen to the game at work. The cool thing is that the Brew Crew will be the visiting team for the very first game.

Looking ahead at their schedule, they've got a rough time for it this year having to play the Yankees, the Red Sox, the Rays AND the Twins in interleague play. In fact that's all they're playing in an awful stretch of more than two weeks from June 17 to July 3. Four perennial playoff contenders from the superior division. Yikes.

The Reds get the Yankees and Rays but also the Orioles and Blue Jays. Plus their "rival" the Indians.
The Cardinals avoid both the Yankees and Red Sox plus get a bunch of games against the Royals.
The Cubs just get the Yankees out of the AL East.

Have I mentioned how much I hate interleague? Anyway, let's get this thing started already while Ricky Weeks is red-hot (though I take Arizona numbers with a grain of salt).
